June Journal Template: The Food Log

One cannot think well, sleep well, if one has not dined well. 
This June, I also want to experiment with meal planning. I called it Food Log just because I avoiding word planning. So it is not actually planning, but more like collecting data of what's get inside my body in a month.

So why and what for?
First I would like to use it as a recipe list, other than that, I also want to monitor my eating pattern. I actually not targeting a weight loss or weight gain. I just realized that a certain food actually affecting my mood and how I feel throughout the day. I hate to admit but I am a mood slave. Still try my best I to get over it. still on progress.
