July Journal Template: The Habit Tracker -Workout-

This month I'm going to try a habit tracker. I'm actually don't have a lot of habits that I need to watch and it doesn't really a big deal if I skip it, but recently I've been into exercising and always forget what I did.

July Journal Template -Workout-

Last year when I worked in a restaurant as a kitchen staff I had lower back pain from lifting a heavy box with unprepared posture. It was unbearably hurt for months. The pain basically comes and go but when it comes It's painful to walk, to bend, even to wake up from the bed. I wouldn't want to experience such pain again. I went to the clinic, and the doctor told me to put a hot plaster every night before sleep, I felt better but eventually, the pain would come again. 

Meanwhile, after I quit my job at the restaurant for some reason I bought a gym membership for a year ๐Ÿ˜… I don't remember exactly why I did that, I think the reason was that I want to go out but don't want just go mindlessly at least being a member in a gym I have a destination to go. So, I started to work out, basically just doing a cardio exercise, then a couple months later I just realized that it's been a while I don't feel any pain on my lower back. I was like OMG it's gone.

Since then, every time I have a joint pain I do a little exercise, and now it's just become a habit for me to do exercise. So, I think if I do it regularly probably I will never have joints pain anymore.
